We enjoyed the lake view and the opportunity for outdoor activities like cycling around the scenic area. The location is perfect for family, and the kids loved playing table tennis in the shared areas. Special shoutout to the charming hotel staff!
In my wife's opinion, noise from adjacent facilities can be disruptive at times.

Pleasantly furnished room with comfortable bed. High quality food served, excellent breakfast. Lovely location not too far away from Schadau Park. Good service during our stay. Very very helpful and outstandingly helpful staff, very very good stay.

I was actually surprised by the fine views of the lake and mountains from my room with a amazing backdrop for my stay. The wellness facilities were immaculate, awesome for a very relaxing experience. The breakfast area was beautifully designed with a cute atmosphere.
The bathroom layout could use some improvement for better privacy.

The location near the lake is fine. Enjoyed breakfast with a beautiful view. Rooms werenice and neat. The wellness facilities provided a perfect unwind after a busy day exploring. Free bike rentals were a nice touch for getting around. I also felt the room could benefit from a kettle for tea-making. During checkout, I experienced poor service from a staff member, quite disappointing. Despite these issues, I would still recommend the stay for its excellent amenities and beautiful surroundings.

The rooms were pleasantly furnished and luxurious with incredible balcony, a kettle, for example. The location was great and beautiful, a 10-15 minute walk from Schadau Park.
Well, internet was terrible.

beautiful location with great amenities
The design and decoration stand out , with a tranquil atmosphere surrounded by trees. Direct access to the lake offers fine views , perfect for outdoor activities like cycling. The spa is well equipped .
The room felt a bit cramped for two people.

Location was superb and much better value than staying in Bern which was only 20 minutes away by train
Restaurant is overly fancy for my tastes so you have to go into Thun for some more down to earth food. Free internet should be standard in a hotel like this.

Wir konnten nach einem Golfturnier in Thun noch problemlos die Sauna bis um 22:00 Uhr benutzen. Das war einfach super!
